Step 1
Check the water mains:
- is the tap fully opened
- is the hose pinched, jammed or folded
Step 2
Open the door and push the ‘stand by’-button for more than 5 seconds to reset the machine.
Step 3
If a pop-up window appears, asking for a code, enter your pin code.
